QLD DET School Security Fencing
The Queensland Department of Education and Training (DET) has developed a school security fencing specification. Bluedog has developed a fence design that complies with this specification.

Important aspects of this specification that make a critical difference to the service life and safe operation of the fence:
- Heavier gauge pickets and rail than industry norm.
- Security brackets as compared lighter zinc plated shrouds.
- Anti tamper fasteners as compared domestic type teks.
- Heavy gauge 75x75mm fence posts as compared lighter alternatives.

Standard Height: 2100mm
Budget Estimate Rates: Supply and install $250 per metre (fencing) and $1,150 per metre (gates), for 2100mm high (rates exclude GST).

- Powder coat: 10 year on colour fastness (conditions apply).
