1.
Contact us for a quote. You can either measure the
area yourself & ask for a verbal quote over the
telephone
or we can arrange an appointment
to measure the area.
2. If an appointment is made Bluedog Fences Australia
will visit your property. If they are to be more
than 10 minutes late they will call to let you know
so as not to disturb your day. All Bluedog Fences
Australia staff wear uniform so are easily identified.
3. If it is difficult for you to be present for
onsite quoting our staff will ask for a description
of the area and can visit while you are away.
4. Once the property has been measured we will post,
fax or e-mail the quote to you.
We can also provide you with possible material or design alternatives
which may reduce costs.
5. Before we start work
on your new fence you are required (by law) to sign
a contract to
make sure
we understand exactly what you want – in order
to provide the fence you expect.
All plans
and specifications identified in the quotation are
taken to form the contract as well as
our standard terms and conditions.
A 10% deposit is also required.
6. Once you have confirmed
your order there is an approximate lead time of 3-4
weeks* until
your fence is ready to be
picked up, delivered – or installation to commence.
7. Upon completion
of your fence, an invoice will arrive by post. You
are required to pay the balance
of
the contract price immediately. Payment can be made
by eftpos, direct deposit, cash or cheque.
Credit Card
transactions are charged a 1% fee.

the complexity of your job. Time frames may increase
during the Christmas period (October-December)
