I felt obliged to email your company to inform you that I was so impressed with your operation that you should be aware that your staff and service levels are as good as I have seen. I have never met a company which seems to believe in the same values of people, brand and customers as I do. Firstly Peter was on time, well dressed and very informative and supportive of our needs. While I was scrambling around with the kids a neighbour stopped your installers to discuss her needs. They spent 10 minutes talking to her and giving her your company details. The installers did a fantastic job and there was no mess or even sign of anybody been on the property. I normally don’t write emails or letters complementing company’s and their staff , as I believe that it is what we generally pay for when we engage somebody’s services, but I was truly blown away by the exceptional standard of workmanship and staff assistance that I felt the need to.
